Winn Act a bill from Satan
"Instead of just talking about it, we need to make affordable broadband a reality everywhere," Kerry said. "In communities large and small, broadband access connects mothers to children, students to innovative new learning technologies and first responders to citizens in times of crisis. Making this technology available in all corners of our country is good for our families, demonstrates the spirit of American innovation and promotes our success in the global economy."

Agreed, mothers should know where their children are but that should not require the internet.
First responders, same thing. Don't they need like bandages,First Aide training and all sorts of other stuff more than they need to surf the web?

I read far more into this Bill and here is when the plot thickens. It is of course driven by people wanting to line the pockets of other people. Affordable broadband? Ha.

Seven Billion. And let's not forget that none, I mean none of the actual devices used in this grand scam will be manufactured in the Good Ol US of A.
But the plot thickens even more.

Celldar- a perfect tracking system currently available using only current cell phone frequencies. Imagine adding even more bandwidth, more channels, more repeater towers to the mix.
Lower frequency also propogates farther and penetrates things like household walls much better.

Consider all of these things.
Back in the days of wired phones tapping a phone literally meant attaching a recording device to a specific line.
Wireless devices transmit in a circular 360 pattern from the origin. They got everything, your bank account numbers, daily habits, times, what you look at, where you surf. TIA,total information awareness.

Lastly there is safety. Are cell phones safe?
Well the industry says so, the industry that wants a piece of the seven billion dollar pie says so.
I guess that must be good enough.

Lord, I am surrounded by morons, make it so, make it soon.
