Texas Tuna Burgers! Mmm boy!

It's never too early to start compiling recipes of everyone's favorite ingredients. Note: ingredients MUST be kept under your bed, where the bogeyman lives.

Texas Tuna Burgers

Incredibly filling. Nice alternative to meat loaf.
12 ounces canned tuna in water, drained
2/3 cup powdered milk
12 saltines, crushed
1/2 cup diced yellow onions
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
1 egg
2 cups canned crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon chili powder
shredded monterey jack cheese, amount to sprinkle on top of tuna patties to your liking (I use about a cup of cheese)
oil, tuna patties (for frying)
4-6 servings Change size or US/metric
Change to: servings US Metric
50 minutes 20 mins prep
