17. Their message board is being Freeped badly
Edited on Thu Mar-16-06 11:39 PM by HeeBGBz
Since Tuesday's show. They're being peppered by whiney ass threats of "we're never gonna watch again unless they stop the liberal propaganda."

They've got my support. Boston Legal is the best. Spader, yum.

15. Spader is a little deviant Savant
Edited on Thu Mar-16-06 10:49 PM by StClone
In the first season Spader showed flashes. This season he gives it with both barrels. Good (great even!) insightful Democratic leaning court room speeches. Some are so electrifying I give its culmination a fist in the air shouting "Ya take that you SOBs."

16. Great isn't it!? Make it a regular part of your TV viewing
So few of us care to watch TV anymore that it is a pleasant and much needed surprise. It is the ONLY show I watch regularly.

10. WOW! That was awesome! I guess Disney is no longer on the war bandwagon.
You'd never see that sort of monologue on NBC...it would run counter to the warmonger GE's interests.

11. There was something interesting in the verdict ...
As I recall, part of the monolog was decrying the fact that the average citizen does not seem to be all that alarmed by what's going on. And sure enough, the jury comes back with a guilty verdict. It is the judge who seems to have heard Spader, even though he is pretty hard on his speachifying. All the lady got was a fine - the sentence was suspended. Interesting comment on judges as guardians of rights.

20. Thank you! I dozed off early but happened to wake up as soon
as the monologue started. I remember it was really inspiring even though I was half asleep. I had no idea the show was that good.
