Fuck. I hated the incompetence of MCI.

And I just signed a new contract with Verizon. x(

and as 20 year employee of MCI, I never saw the incompetence you're ranting about......Verizon however is another story.

crap w/ them for the past week. We paid our bill in full this month, as we always do every month, and mailed it early this week. They called five times on Thursday (I checked my caller ID: 8:35 AM; 10:44 AM; 12:05 PM; 1:01 PM; and 2:52 PM). They harass you! They've called early as hell on weekends, too.

The lady in the financial dept. gave me lip when I complained and said, "Well I have to be here at work at 8 AM." As if that excuses the harassing calls on Sat. mornings, especially after we've paid.

We're going to switch as soon as possible.
