Jay Leno's take on Censure
Jay Leno's take on Censure
said over the weekend he’s pushing the Senate to censure the president over spying. Bush, he isn’t worried about it, he knew it was coming. He’d been listening to Feingold’s conversations for the last three months.

2. I think Feingold should wait till after elections, that way they may
be able to actually impeach him.

4. Welcome aboard, FogMachine!
But censuring now doesn't mean he can't be impeached later. It's not an either/or situation.

:hi:

5. And I read that
bush can be impeached even after he leaves office. Sorry, don't have a link anymore.

10. You're not serious?
Is THAT why there are so many "let's wait until we can impeach" threads? I thought people were just arguing that the Dems should keep their powder dry until impeachment proceedings can be undertaken.

7. Well, it has to be the House that brings articles of impeachment
The Senate can censure.

And censure wouldn't negate impeachment.
