Proof that Bill CLINTON Helped Setup the Enron Disaster!!!

Between December of 1999 and December of 2001 the management of Enron Corporation manipulated their stock price and caused losses to public funds approximating $1.5 billion.





Now compare those losses with the performance of the Executive branch using data from the historical tables in the 2006 OMB Budget as download from WhiteHouse.gov:
