Cheney on fund raising trip to Tucson ---- any Tucsonans in on the welcome

Heard that he will be here in Tucson for a fundraiser for Kyle???? McCain is the Rep Senator for this District. Kyle has been doing an awful lot of fund campaigning in Southern Arizona talking a lot about illegal immigration for the first time. Seems the Repubs maybe in trouble in this red state for Kyle to be lowering himself to tour lower Arizona and for Cheney to be spending an over-nighter at Lowes Ventana Canyon Resort. Heard also that he will have 5-swat teams along with his own secret service to protect his sorry ass.

Warning to all Tucsonans.....be prepared to be kept off all the main roads starting from the International Airport/Alvernon all the way up to the hotel. Look for other routes to get to work or whereever. Anyone who is familiar with Tucson traffic knows what I mean.

is just to come in to scoop up the $$$. He has been doing a huge fund-raising effort lately. Surprised he had time to do the Sunday talk show--which is rare for him, anyway. I think the Thugs really are targeting the collection basket right now--as things may be far less lucrative later.

Last time one of the dynamic-duo came here to MN, they shut down some of the major arteries of road, and we had to reschedule a slew of deliveries at work.

He could travel the majority of the way on I-10....You can be sure that he would not get the media attention he needs by doing that.

I just hope they don't have any quail hunts for him during his visit. Our beautiful Gamble quail have lacked the ability to reproduce well this year due to the lack of rains.
