Poll question: When they lay down the USS George Walker Bush, what should it be?
In another thread, someone pointed out that they're presently constructing the USS George Herbert Walker Bush, which is a Nimitz-class nuclear-powered aircraft carrier. (It has to be an aircraft carrier--there's not enough room to put that name on a smaller vessel.)

So in the tradition of naming Naval vessels after presidents, what kind of ship should they name after Shrub?

6. Not sure what kind of ship it should be...
...But it certainly should be nook-you-luhr powered. The problem with a USS Bush is the damn thing would refuse to go left, even a little bit.

ego boosters for ex-prezs and return to the tradition of naming them after battles that had real signifigance in our history.
Adding for those too young to know, i.e Midway, Lexington, Antietam, Valley Forge etc. The only carrier of that time named for a President was The Franklin Delano Roosevelt.

Alternatively, it'd be a 'ship' without a rudder and without guts that was towed behind a submarine (the USS Cheney).
