But the lawyer failed to point out the massive tax cuts for the rich in personal income tax and captial gains to defend his client for not paying her taxes while the prosecutor was falsing painting her as un-American for not paying her fair share during wartime.

Of course, it will cut into my Randi Rhodes listening, but I want to give Guy every chance to succeed by listening to him live. Fortunately, I can listen to a tape delay of Randi out of AAR's Boston station when I get home from work--or I can keep listening to Randi and listen to the Guy James podcast via iTunes when I get home from work. Or I could listen to Guy's podcast at work tomorrow between noon and three PM since I don't listen to Al Franken that much. But I don't really have to do that until next week because Stephanie Miller's on vacation this week--though Elayne Boosler is subbing for Steph and sounded quite good today, so I might listen to Stephanie this week anyway...yipes! I completely forgot about Thom Hartmann...(link)
