Even with the auditory glitches. It was so nice to hear from a man whose viewpoint is so close to my own. And thank you, benburch, for helping with the streaming and all-it was great! Looking forward to hearing it again tomorrow.

Such glitches are typical first run with a new studio.

Actually, hearing the glitches made it more exciting for me, because when my husband walked in to pick me up from work, he could believe it was the first broadcast! I only wish I didn't have to miss so much of the show because of my homeward commute.

I was so happy to hear the show.

And I agree with your Freeper dietary recommendation. Extra helpings, in fact. :evilgrin:

My guess is that a lot of the freepers have learned that Bush is not what they thought and have since stopped being freepers but those that are left are too stupid to get it.

and we always listen to Air America. I haven't listened to Guy yet,but he should be on the radio if he's that good!

How are the tests going?

Geographic Information Systems/Science. It was NOT easy, but at least it's over... well, I have another exam tomorrow on GIS and ESRI computer applications, and how they are used for urban planning. The good thing is, after the midterm and for the remainder of the semester, the class will do fieldwork/data collection for the planning and the revitalisation of Gentilly/9th Ward.

I also have to write two book reviews on social theory for Wednesday. Ever read folks like Durkheim, Parsons, Engels, Redfield, Lèvi-Strauss, Malinowski, Geertz, et al? ... oh my head hurts! :crazy:

Anyway, I am really enjoying listening to Guy James right now via iTunes! And the great thing is, I can pause it during the Mike Malloy Show, but come back later and finish listening to it. :)

Others are just mean-sprited bullies. You know the sort - when we were kids, they are the ones who beat up on the kids two grades under them and took their milk money.

This is someone I can actually listen to. He's not on dexedrene, he actually listens to people when they call in. He's cogent and very on point with his observations.

I may be tuning in regular. I sure liked him today.
