Many of history's psychopaths have Wayne as a middle name.

As in John Wayne Gacy...

Wayne is a common middle name for psychopathic serial killers. His behavior concerning those on the death penalty, Iraq and his support for Git-Mo, Abu Ghraib and apparently countless other sanctioned torture operations seems to qualify.
