Holy Crap. I am embarrased to be American after that debacle...
America is the greatest country on earth, I totally, 100% believe that.

But having such a pathetic, dorky, unintelligent, awkward buffoon as our leader just makes me embarrased as hell. He is literally a joke, a complete and total joke. He is the laughing stock of the world. Never has any country had a leader that was such a complete and total tool. I am not even talking about the pathetic lies he spews, I am just talking about how he carries himself, his demeanor, and his presence. He is a fucking clown. Literally, a clown. He doesn't take his position seriously.

How does he expect people to respect him, when he doesn't even respect himself?

1. There's better reasons to feel national shame.
It's the genocide. It's the military aggression. I don't care if Bush WERE articulate and intelligent. He could be those things and still pursue an agenda of evil. But, point taken.

4. Actually, I watch Junior, always hoping he will f*&k up. To me
I thought he actually did pretty good today. Don't get me wrong, I think he is a lying sack of shit, but trying to put myself in the mindset of the ignorant 30 something percent, and the leaners, I don't think he would have lost anything by his performance today.

My biggest beef is that the press never frames questions so that he can't filibuster. And, they never help each other out with follow-ups.

I was just screaming for them to follow-up on the censure question. They let B** get away with saying that anyone who is against his illegal spying program is against spying on the enemy.

6. Chimpketeers Want to see Him Dumb, Because They're Dumb
They resent intellectuals, reject science and only believe in faith.

So let's all cry when their kids go get killed for war lies shall we? -- reference to another thread today.

7. I am not the least bit embarrassed.
I was one of the millions who spoke long and loud about the hazards of letting this idiot anywhere near the reins of power. All I feel is sorrow in the face of death and destruction and a self-righteous smugness for being right.

8. * has done so much to tarnish the respectability of the office. As a
parent of a 8 and 9 year old, who are fully aware of our positions, it is hard to explain how the office used to be respected. They have spent their entire lives knowing only of dimson. They have witnessed both on a local and national scale (they were part of the 500,000 who protested in DC in Sept) the outrage of a nation at the lies, abuse of power, and criminality of this pResident.
