Bush "Uuh uh uuh uhhh" Factor reaches New Heights.. Stuttering

through his latest PC's, you can Just "see" his Mental Gears slipping as he goes "Uhh uh uuh uhhh" while he tries to recall an answer given to him in the Basement the night before...."in case they(press) ask this question"

The Uhh's per Minute (UPM in Speech Class 101) has gone up from 16.8 to a staggering 39.2. Thats an "Uh Uh UHHH UUUH" every 1.3 seconds.

Get that man some GOJI JUICE....or some Tuvian Malt... something....

His Brain is now clearly out of sync.....

buying time while whoever is feeding the answer into his ear speaks. When he finally does blurt something out, he usually manages to mangle it anyway (like a kid playing "telephone" who can't quite process what's being said.)
