For the template to be discarded, the WhiteHouse would have to disown its current contractor GoAgile. They would have to admit that 9-11 happened on their watch, possibly with their own assistance. The question of how 9-11 happened while wargames were ongoing and whether terrorist had foreknowledge of those wargames is begged. Coincidence ? Highly unlikely.

Funny that this group wrote a letter to Clinton in 1998 stating the US had to use military force on Iraq, signed by Rumsfeld, Eliot Abrams, John Bolton, Wolfowitz, Richard Perle, and the rest of gang. (Although Cheney didn't sign that particular letter, he was a part of that group and did sign their overriding mission statement which was very similar).
