A Democratic U.S. senator has introduced a resolution to censure President Bush for his authorization of using wiretaps on U.S. citizens without search warrants. Should this go forward?
Yes. No one is above the law, including the president.

39.39%

No. This is nonsense. Democrats are shooting themselves in the foot if they move forward.

43.94%

Censure is not included in the Constitution. Impeachment is the only remedy if Congress feels a president has overstepped.

12.88%

I don't care.

No one is above the Law! - 50.89%

Some of these polls piss me off with their not well thought out premises. The call for censure should be irrelevant with this issue. A basic question to ask:

Is the President above the law?:

Yes or No. More thought provoking for the religiously insane who might have to think a moment before casting a vote.
