Rove has the laser lock on the reporter with his narrowed eyes, mentally measuring said reporter for his cell in Guantanamo.
Scotty is tired, completely fed up and wondering when he can resign to "spend more time with his family".

Together though...they really ARE a Scary-looking bunch.
