WE DO NOT CONSENT - GuvWurld e-book launches Mon (please help)

I've spent the past two years developing the Voter Confidence Resolution (VCR). Last July the City Council of Arcata, CA adopted it. This month several progressive Democratic caucuses in WA also adopted the VCR with bold talk about pushing it on their state platform. I've never stopped promoting it because it ties in with everything else: resisting Diebold, investigating the elections department, parallel elections, peaceful revolution. Here in Humboldt, the press is covering it and we are having an impact.

I'm about to launch an online book called WE DO NOT CONSENT (Foreword by DUer LandShark). It outlines the rationale for the VCR and how to implement it locally. I am asking that concerned DUers take a look at the resolution and add a comment to my site. Keep in mind it is a template and you may feel that a few things could be worded better. OK - take it around in your town and make it your own! See if you can get behind these basic ideas:

• The way elections are now we're guaranteed inconclusive outcomes and we'll never have unanimous agreement about election results.


• The Voter Confidence Resolution contains a comprehensive election reform platform designed to ensure conclusive outcomes and create a new basis for confidence in U.S. federal elections.


• Since the Consent of the Governed is not being sought, we ask: Has the Consent of the Governed been withdrawn, YET?

All endorsements received by 4pm Friday will be included in the book when it comes out Monday morning (as my 1000th post).

I'm putting Arcata with Oregon and Washington State....it's all there...expecially in election integrity.

Let's all support this book. It's got the basics...politicians have to show us that they were elected or no go, no legitimacy, no "obedience to authority."
