2. Although not a capo,

Mr. Abramoff is certainly a prolific soldier in the ranks of organized crime, trusted and depended on for his zeal and creativity. I would not care if his penalty is reduced to five years (Unless he is found responsible for murder,) as long as he brings down several of the bug boy's big boys.
The elected crooks have a far worse effect on far more people than a murder, here and there.
