Ghost clouds over Germany again

For the second time there has been a ghost cloud over Germany for several hours drifting East.
Ghost cloud meaning that the weather radar picks up a reading of a cloud without there being any visible cloud.

The picture is an overly of the colored weather radar picture (yellow) and a satellite picture of what is visible to the eye.

The lower big yellow area is an actual rain area (see the visible clouds)
The long stretches yellow areas to the north are the readings of the weather radar, but there are no clouds to be seen.

An interview with a meteorologist at the German Weather Service Institute

Birds and dumped Kerosen can be ruled out again for various reasons like, no bird migration being around or Kerosen dissolving within a much shorter time.

Jörg Asmus, meteorolgist, is guessing that this is some scientific or military experiment that we're wittnessing like maybe methods to confuse enemy radars or missile counter measures or spreading of aerosoles in the atmosphere.

Whatever it is, I don't like stuff that makes clouds of 400km lenght and that comes down somewhere where you breathe.

1. Hmm...

Jörg Asmus, meteorolgist, is guessing that this is some scientific or military experiment that we're wittnessing like maybe methods to confuse enemy radars or missile counter measures or spreading of aerosoles in the atmosphere.

I would just like to point out that Asmus is basing this on absolutely no evidence whatsoever.

3. The evidence
The "ghost cloud" IS the evidence.

Ya gotta start somewhere. It would be a good idea to keep a number of meteo ballons and radiosondes at the ready, but they ain't cheap, and the bean counters probably are demanding more evidence, too.

Science ain't cheap. It's cheaper than ignorance, but when has THAT ever stopped us?

2. Just as nuclear testing..........
was done on unwitting subjects only to have a significant spike in cancer years later. All in the name of "science" (so THEY say) but more truthfully in the name of warfare. Tests like those give you some indication as to the governments real attitude about the people they're supposed to be serving. We're all Guinea Pigs in the War Machine's laboratory.
