Anyone else see these 9/11 pictures? (WARNING: FR link)

Here's a response from one of the freepers-->

'Wow, amazing. It seems hard to believe now this ever happened. I wish this would be published in a widely read source somewhere to snap Americans out of their vile complacency that is telling them we need to withdraw from the fight against these very Al Qaeda animals in Iraq who did this to us on 9-11. But the MSM will never print these photos because it might help Bush if people remember how terrible and horrofic that day was.'

Someone needs to tell this guy that Bush and Rice both said there is NO CONNECTION between Iraq and 9/11.

1. Why do they insist on believing this?
I mean, even Shrub has said there's no connection (even if he did lie and said he never made that connection).

What world do they live in?

20. After looking...
at the photos--how can anyone believe 2 planes could cause so much damage? My gut feeling keeps telling me--inside job--bombs planted in the towers--demolition controlled--conspiracy--don't care--two planes couldn't possibly do this much damage...

2. Powell said so as well
and Bush mentioned fighting al Qaeda in Iraq during his last couple of speeches. I'm so sick of these freaks.

3. those idiot fuckbrains don't ever ratiocinate on anything
They're like people whose taste buds have been burnt out from too many hot peppers -

the only things they respond to are blinding anger and over the top maudlin sentiment - and reminding themselves why they're mad, whether it's logical or not is what they do.

oh the drama. yawn.

6. They don't think, either....
Remember, you gotta keep it simple (words of one syllable or less) for our visiting trolls.

5. Yes
There are some sites with even higher res pics of the pit. I find them very interesting to look at. Lot's of stuff that just doesn't make sense.

Here's a better link:

12. What turned everything
to dust?

There is little of anything recognizable in any picture from any of the crash sites. That's unusual to say the least.

21. If you want an excellent analysis of what happened to the towers
You should read Ghosts of Vesuvius: A New Look at the Last Days of Pompeii, How Towers Fall, and Other Strange Connections by Charles Pellegrino http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0060751002/sr=8-3/qid=1143497423/ref=pd_bbs_3/104-2094590-8667149?%5Fencoding=UTF8. Speaking as one who grew up reading the various conspiracy theories surrounding the Kennedy assassination (and still not convinced), I'm applying Occam's Razor to the towers until I'm convinced otherwise. Pellegrino's compelling comparison of the Vesuvius eruption to the events of 9/11 really explains to me how all of this could have happened, without the usage of planted explosives, or anything else. Believe me, you don't want to know what the dust is.

14. When I look at those pictures, I'm all the more angrier that
(1) Bin Laden wasn't the focus of this administration; instead, we invaded Iraq "to spread freedom & democracy".

(2) Bin Laden's family was given clearance to fly secretly out of the U.S. for their safety at a time when Americans weren't allowed to fly.

(3) That this administration tried to thwart an independent investigation of 9-11.

We need to withdraw our troops from Iraq because our presence there is breeding more anti-American sentiment. If someone invaded our country we would be doing the same: fighting back, defending our country.

"Too bad America has forgotten 9/11 completely."

Please, step away from the crackpipe. No one has forgotten.

16. "People on the left - this event didn't touch them."
Edited on Mon Mar-27-06 04:40 PM by aden_nak
"People on the left can be angered easily. When they want blood, they want it now, and a lot of it. But this event... it didn't touch them."

That's one of the posts on that thread. It's funny how New York City can be a bastian of liberal sin when it votes blue, but when it gets attacked, it has nothing to do with "people on the left". Then, of course, the poster says he's from Ohio. Which I guess gives him a special insight in to how all the liberals in New York City didn't understand the attacks. I am having the damnedest time even writing about what he said because his argument doesn't make sense. In order for his post to even be logical, you would have to assume that Ohio is a very liberal state and New York City is strongly conservative.

Now me, I've been through Ohio a few times, and I got the impression it was a mixed bag of left and right. I got into New York City several times a week. If you're a Bush supporter in New York City, you are LONELY.

17. "I'm not that concerned about him" 4/2001 GWB on (Osama Bin Laden)
Someone needs to remind these people that Bush isn't concerned about 911 - period. Someone also needs to remind them that Bush failed America on 911 and beyond.

18. There is a connection between 911 and Iraq
The neo-cons did 911 so they could make this country go to Iraq.
