If you want to know what will be the news in a month, watch Democracy Now
Edited on Tue Mar-28-06 01:47 PM by IsItJustMe
Yesterday reports broke out that the chimp and Blair had already decided that they would go to war with Iraq regardless of what the diplomatic results were. As I listened to the msm, they seemed that this news was new and shocking.

I was thinking to myself, why is the msm making such a big deal out of this now. I saw this information weeks ago on Democracy Now. I have found that this situation occurs again and again.

I watch it on Democracy Now, weeks later it will be a big deal in the msm. If you want to pretend like you can tell the future, I would suggest you watch Democracy Now and then watch the fire works later on in the msm.

1. I love 'Democracy Now.'
But don't forget those rumors that Amy really works for the CIA. I told a friend, "Who cares? If she's a good progressive and humanitarian, and she walks the walk ... but I can't be worried about stupid rumors."

I have ever heard. That's kind of like hearing that your grandfather raped your mother, by someone who just wants to seriously frick with your head. Get the picture?

5. Amy Goodman and the CIA
wow that requires some thought! Oh wait a minute, no it doesn't. Would it bother you if you found out for sure Amy Goodman was a spook? I don't think any less of Valerie Plame for working for the CIA.

9. Exactly. That's my point.

I was talking to a friend when that rumor came up. I can't be worried about every progressive out there. I listen to or read the information that is out there, evaluate it and the source (the argument and the facts backing it up), and make up my own mind.

On edit: someone also sent me a link to stupid rumors about Noam Chomsky.

If all of these people ARE working for the CIA, I'm a bit peeved. Their budget has to be way out of control!

13. Yep.
I'll continue listening to and reading Amy and Noam. I learn. They are not a waste of time, unlike O'Really.

2. And watch the DU boards to find out what the news will be
six months from now, which is about the minimum time it takes for the MSM to pick up on the outrages of this bunch, while they hit these boards as soon as they're discovered.
