1. They are the exact kind of people our Founding Fathers were
trying to guard this republic against.

2. Note the wording: "surveillance of suspected enemy," Not "American
citizens."

17. It could be a personal enemy, or ex-girlfriend, or business competitor
or even an imaginary friend that Fearless Leader wants to spy on.

That's the weakness of having no oversights.

21. Yes it is terribly worded making it both vague and biased.
From the wording it's clear which way Jim Robinson wanted his Fweepers to vote.

3. Heh. Change the wording to read President Clinton, then see the heads pop
Don't they realize that there won't always be a Republican president?

Yeah, I know. They don't. They expect King George for life. They think he shits ice cream.

4. No, they think about 20 minutes ahead of time and
that's about it as far as I can tell.

Or maybe they hope Bush can become King of America. King George.

These people would've been fighting FOR the preservation of the King during the Revolutionary War.

16. A Far Side cartoon pops into mind:
One planaria scolding another who's sitting, as much as an amorphous blob can be "sitting," in a La-Z-Boy in front of the TV:

"Stimulus, response! Stimulus, response! Don't you ever *think*?"

12. That they do!
and won't they be shocked when they're up to their necks in his ice cream and they come to the realization that it's really just shit.

They erosion of civil liberties should be a cause for concern regardless of who sits in the WH. They are too stupid to realize that the (R) behind Bush doesn't count for diddly squat in the grand scheme of things. A totaliatrian government with unlimited power is a bad thing no matter who is in charge.

Idiots.

29. blivet's 'could care less'
Edited on Sat Dec-31-05 02:17 PM by xxqqqzme
attitude was really slammed on my brain when I went 2 Crawford last August. That ANYone would 'buy' a 'ranch' in that armpit is beyong belief. All you can do in crawford in August is sit in an air conditioned environment and wait for October! That ALL is a manufactured image in abundantly clear in going 2 crawford. Late '99 saurove said find me a some TX acreage - I don't care where - just a lot of it and fast. After looking up blivet's personal campaign contributions - (next 2 nothing - unca dick did contribute but not blivet) I get a picture of a petty, nasty, cheap ass who expected everyone 2 buy him his booze. I'd be willing 2 bet he didn't even pay for the pig farm.

Retire 2 crawford? Not a chance in hell he's gonna do that! It's in the middle of nothing, on a road 2 nowhere. The people who live in crawford are so fucking proud that an idiot resides in their village. he won't even go there after he leaves office - Just a big FOR SALE sign on the road w/ an high price tag. What a f**king joke

Soviet Republic Prols don't get to post polls, and only one poll gets posted at a time.

9. Many Americans wanted to make George Washington King
but he told them to get lost. Must have been the freepers ancestors. Anything to avoid self responsibility and accountability. Anoint some one King and let him take care of the worrying. Conservatives never grew up. They are like children in a kindergarten class.

They are active and willing participants in the destruction of a free America.

Jesus Christ, they really are willing to live in a dictatorship. I guess they don't need their freedom so they are giving it to the Iraqi's(so they think). This is insane. These losers are going to put us in a position where we have to overthrow King George again. I can't wait till the government deems it necessary to take their guns away. Wonder how they'll feel about that.

26. Idiots. He is the CIC of the military. Not the US. The 3 branches of
government are supposed to put checks and balances on one another. The title of Commander In Chief does not give him dictatorial powers.

The next time some con brings this CIC meme up, unless he's in the military, tell him that * is not his CIC or yours.

Of course my alternate identity would never admit that in a post.

I suppose I should've voted for it, to make the member results even worse.
