1. Are they using Diebold voting machines...because that's
the only reason they make guarantees like this.

3. Yes, there is a big brouhaha about that.
Our former SOS, Kevin Shelley, decertified the machines, so Arnold got rid of him and put his own guy in who recertified the machines. Voters in this state are trying to make him back off. But if those machines are used, no doubt they will be used to tip the election in Arnold's favor. They seem to be too anxious to use the machines again.

4. Diebold aside, probably the best anti-Arnold commercial would be
just re-running his campaign commercials from before - "I will terminate the deficit!" - single-handedly? Then point out that he is intent on terminating unions and benefits for Americans . . .
