Desperately seeking video of Bush's meltdown on CNN today
I understand he blew his stack at a speech today. Does anyone have the video?

And not the "Speedo" quote, either - I already saw that.

Wish cnn had a video up. Maybe the new chief of chaff, err, staff, is keeping a tight hold on images of the puppet?

15. Outside of the debates, this as his most bizarre performance yet
Went from his SOTU ("from Africa") voice to hollering, bobbing an weaving, coke jaw, you name it. Absolutely all over the page.

The audience was a loaded deck and the appearance was at Freedom House.

9. Funny you should ask.
I had the TV on with he sound muted, and I saw Chimpy looking a lot like his hero, Adolf. He was clearly trying to appear to be as upset as somebody told him he could be if he was to understand what he thought he was pretending to talk about.

I wonder if that's the same video. It was truly scary.

14. He's been under the influence of people in control of "reality". When
Edited on Wed Mar-29-06 04:40 PM by applegrove
he begins to realize the reality he has been following is not reality and just a "fun trip" (for some people) he was put on - he's going to crash. When it happened to me - I went into shock and denial. I didn't act out for 2 1/2 years. But bet that the manipulators behind him will let him take the fall for his anger. And save their own reputations. All the bad will fall on him for his perceived actions. And quite frankly he is the president - he is supposed to be the one in control. While the handlers will move on and live to "control" another day.

I'm not saying feel sorry for him. If he is the President of the United States of America vs., say, a secretary... he has more responsibility for the whole of what was going on.

But it is an old pattern. When faced with what others have been perceiving all along... the natural take on the situation rather than the managed world Bush has lived in... it is shocking and humiliating and dehumanizing. But Bush is responsible for choosing the people who surrounded him in the end. He had the choice. My gosh he was a powerful man.. so what if he was a cocaine addict when he chose to opt of "one handler over another". At least he had the choice. So while he regrets... he can actually say: "I could have made other choices" and he is lucky in that. He had some control - he gave it away & was wrong. Hugely wrong. Criticism and being blamed for it all (nukes in Iran and Saudi Arabia, hate for America by the world) at least he can say: "if I just did this"... and that will help him reorganize his world. And feel in control.

McNamara came out and said "I did this wrong" finally.... about Vietnam. And I'm sure it was a release. Lucky duck. He had an out. Not among the people it destroyed or the public. But within himself. His faulty choices. Bush has the same thing. He'll get used to being on the ASS SIDE OF WRONG. And if he has two synapses that can fire at the same time... he'll take steps to live in the harsh reality than the "fun trip" he was put on and has to fire the travel agent. And hopefully if he does.. Rove, neocons will be forced by the moral suasion of the press.. to leave him alone.

There will be witnesses to his bubble bursting.. he he chooses to leave the bubble and the bubble makers. So he can.

Don't feel sorry for him.

I read that the plan for Canada is the euphemism for border security while the whole reduced regulations can only be gaged to future success on how much poverty is reduced. Which is great especially when you get that demographics will make it so that the boomers retire as the richest bunch of people on the planet and workers will step in and step up and be in an employees market for the first time since WWII. So success in reducing poverty is guaranteed by the huge retirement of baby boomers. Guest workers will just fight inflation and make it so that workers on the whole don't get quite the employees market 2014 should hand them.

Kinda like cleaning up NY City rail cars just as demographies gave us fewer teens and young adults.. to commit graphiti crimes... Or - a decade after the CIA said the Soviet Union was ready to give up and fall... handing Reagan the prize by giving him lines like "tear down this wall".

Bush can choose to stay in the bubble-makers world or not. Don't begrudge his anger. We should welcome it. The bubble may have burst and that is the most important thing. Monopoly of information is no different than any dark age.

The ones in the darker arts of manipulation and bubble presidents.. they hate transparency. And shared intel.

I'd like to see the rich in the USA offer the poor and middle class universal health care. Cause it does fight inflation and bankruptcy. And if the guest worker program goes through.. the poor and middle class will have spent a decade fighting inflation while the rich do not. And the rich have to sacrifice something.

Will he be a bubble boy? Will he cut loose and use his significant power to stay with reality. The reality of State Department experts, true public servants, academics and the whole world.. outside of al Qaeda and other criminal lying & myth-making elements.

Let's hope and pray. He chooses to loose the bubble and be a man. Cause he wasn't a man when the bubble around him started. He was an addict.

Ann Richards lives on.

I wonder why Rove doesn't lock the asshole up in the White House for the next three years? Every time Shit-for-Brains speaks in public it is a catastrophe for the whole RW cause. Come on Dumbya, let's have some more speeches.
