4. No, nothing will ever do that.
I actually met the guy once, at a conservationists' meeting of all places. Trust me, it's in his blood.

13. I didn't say he was ugly...
It's just that photons bounce off his face and into a camera where they are altered on a quantum level to produce a charisma-reduction field.

Real Insecurity
My Democratic colleagues don’t shoot straight.

By Senator John Cornyn

This afternoon, congressional Democrats will, at long last, unveil their security "agenda," something they call "Real Security." Unfortunately, the culture of obstruction they have created on important matters of national security demonstrates a profound misunderstanding of the nature of the war on terror, and the policies necessary to secure our country.

10. I live in NJ and have no idea why he polls so low
I've never heard anyone rant negatively about him ever. The only thing I can think of is that he is very low key, almost invisible and doesn't generate much PR for himself.

12. Someone on DU once said that NJ is tough on its politicians -
don't like anyone? My impression of him is that he acts kind of "stuffy" - Not a real roll up yours sleeves working class grass roots type?

3. It's obvious that the Republicans are truly tuned in to their constituents
I have Inhofe, (A-Oklahoma), who is ranked #43 on that list. That's being kind. The man does NOTHING for the state. NOTHING! But the dumb Okie Repugs just keep voting for him over and over and over again. He could spit battery acid in their face, and they'd still vote for him.

That Kool Aid they've been drinking must do something to restrict blood flow to their brain.

14. But they'd probably be top rated for corporations!
and/or wingnut religious organizations. A poll like that would show who our political system really serves these days.

23. #49 - Bunning
He cheated on a debate last election - it is suspected he has Alzheimers(sp). He only won by about 2000 or less. But he is there for at least 4 more years.
