Pay no heed to the obvious intent to spread bigotry of Mexican immigrants. Remember, this tactic has been used many times before with other groups. Try not to fall for the divide and conquer strategy of the right wing magots.
and I'd rather not be specific so as to not single anyone out. I do see misinfo being posted about Mexican immigrants. I just hope most DUers see through some perceived attempts to paint Mexicans as the new American Boogeymen.
If you think a post on DU expresses "anti-mexican sentiment" here's what you do: either 1) alert on it if you think it's racist, or 2) reply to it to explain why it's wrong.
But don't start one of these "I'm so bothered by something that I can't provide any specifics for" threads.
If Democrats follow your advice we will not become the party of the majority. Defaming your fellow Americans as bigots or racists and ridiculing their concerns and their rights while wagging your finger at them is not recommended as a winning strategy.
