I Finally Got the Job Offer I was Hoping For....

I just got off the phone with a company I set my sights on over a year ago. After countless applications everytime they advertised for the position I am qualified I finally got an interview. After an all day 3 stop flight on a Turbo-prop and 850 miles I learned a few days later the job I interviewed for was frozen thus they did not need anyone.......however they said they would make me an offer on the first availability..In the mean time I applied for a lesser postion in the same company but the pay was way to low for me to even buy Mac and Cheeze...well this morning the phone rang and the company was able to make me an offer......I am so excited.....I need to get my place ready for sale as I will be relocating to a Red State with a Blue Gov.....

I just knew if I had patients on this one it would finally work out.

Man Things are great with bush at the Helm..... :eyes: :sarcasm: :sarcasm: :sarcasm: ...........just kidding...

6. Congratulations on the new gig!
How are the prospects for a quick, profitable sale on your house/condo? We had REALLY slowed down around here starting last summer but I MAY (again, let me emphasize MAY) be seeing signs of a pick-up.

I would still definitely sit it out for a bit before buying in the new location, though.

Anyhow, good luck with the move!

11. Congratulations
I hope the job is one specialized enough that you won't be able to be replaced by one of the newly minted legal residents we see headed our way.
