Ann Coulter Given 30 Days to Explain Vote Fraud Felony Allegation!
PAPER: Ann Coulter Given 30 Days to Explain Vote Fraud Felony Allegation!
Palm Beach, FL Election Supervisor May Refer Charges to State Attorney if GOP Pundit/Propagandist Fails to Prove She Didn't Lie About Residency...

You'll recall that in February the Palm Beach Post reported that "conservative" extremist Ann Coulter may have committed a vote fraud felony by signing someone else's address to her registration form in Florida and then voting in the wrong precinct -- a crime which, if convicted, could earn her three years behind bars.

(It's been pointed out to us that such bars would have to be very close together to keep her from simply slithering through them to escape...Though even at that, we're not sure there is steel strong enough to keep her from being able to chew her way to freedom. But we digress.)

A few days after the story originally broke, Coulter claimed publicly she didn't even live in Palm Beach where she reportedly committed the crime. The Post reporter who broke the story, Jose Lambiet, quickly replied that he had hard evidence that she does, in fact, live in Palm Beach (next door to town councilman Bill Brooks on Seabreeze Ave.) and he characterized Coulter's denial as "absolutely a bold-faced lie."

Yesterday the Palm Beach Post offered still more "skinny" on the latest in the Ann Coulter Voter Fraud Felony Scandal. Her denials about being a Palm Beach resident is about to be tested -- first by the Palm Beach County Election Supervisor Arthur Anderson, and then perhaps by the Florida State Attorney to whom the entire matter may be referred.

Coulter's now got 30 days to 'splain herself, according to Lambiet in the Post. Please read on...

4. She works her mouth pretty well...why not give her just 30 seconds?
I'm sure ol' "diarrhea-breath" could explain her malfeasance in that amount of time.

5. Hmmm; refer the matter to the state attorney?
Why wouldn't this be a matter for the local district attorney? State election law violated, I suppose, and is routinely handled by the state attorney. I wonder if Little Arfin' Annie can count on Jeb!'s state attorney to decline to prosecute? But the fact that she has to deal with this niggling little penny-ante charge is in some ways satisfactory enough for me.

7. why in the world would a person, even a republican, lie about where
they lived or get mixed up about where they lived. Is she so stupid she can't memorize her own address. I smell a rat, and she should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

14. Dick Cheney did
in order to skirt Federal Election Law designed to thwart consolidation of power to one state.

Remember he had to establish Wyoming residency and when he was taken to court over it they just put up a rethug judge on the case and had it thrown out.

10. Palm Beach County Tax Appraiser info.......
Edited on Thu Mar-30-06 04:52 PM by tkmorris
Records show one Ann H. Coulter owns a property at 242 Seabreeze Ave in Palm Beach. The property has a listed market value of 1.4 miilion dollars. http://tinyurl.com/ecxh9

I guess being evil really pays.

On edit: I wanted to add that Ann has what is called a Homestead Exemption on this property. This is a device that enables you to save a few bucks on property taxes but is only permitted to be used on your primary residence. Ann is totally busted here, if she tries to claim this isn't her primary residence then it's tax fraud. If she does live here it's voter fraud. Either way she's doomed.

11. I look forward to reading about how she was beaten in prison...
Normally, I wouldn't wish ill will on anyone, but for Mann Coulter I'll make an exception. Maybe a little physical harm and trauma as a result of her ILLEGAL ACTIONS will serve as a lession for the little nazi.

25. Thanks Brad. Hey, can she get into trouble for lying on her driver's
license also? I read that she has lied about her age on her license. Apparently she has a different birthdate on her license than on her birth records ~

As for her confusion over where to vote?? Talk about Karma ~ wasn't she among the screaming lunatics smearing the elderly in Florida who had trouble with the butterfly ballots?? Well, at least they weren't confused about where they lived!

Lies and more lies, deception and obfuscation! Each day another Republican is caught cheathing, lying, plagiarizing ~

Should we have a Republican Hall of Shame forum or site somewhere? It's so hard to keep up with them. The list needs to be updated on a daily basis.

I bet Ann and her army of Bush cultists, are furiously checking the political party registrations of those who may be charged with upholding the law in Florida. If they are Democrats, we'll hear the same old Rush Limbaugh/Tom Delay nonsense ~
