11. They tried to tone it down
and I think this is the result. When they choose to go ballistic they line up the phone callers or at least inspire them. There was so much Feingold and so little GOP about this debate that the phone troops could barely find a leg up.

The great moments of silence are always about the indefensible and the inconvenient. When the books came out about the RW cabals and news control the rest was silence. The speed with which silence descends depends on how immediately touched are the prime powerful miscreants. The reason this has not worked so well is because Bush is so gdawful in your face incompetent and uncaring about his own tools.

one rabid freeptard - the rest were ardent supporters of Censure Resolution and a couple of super anti-Bush people..
