A number of incumbent Democrats up for reelection this fall have begun feeling the ire of labor unions. Jesse Russell reports on the Senate race in Arkansas.

The American Federation of State County and Municipal employees is the most recent union to enter the Arkansas Democratic Primary fight for the Senate. Incumbent Senator Blanche Lincoln is facing Lt. Governor Bill Halter in an effort to hold onto her seat and she is facing an uphill battle as unions, upset with what many have expressed as her anti-union agenda, start to line up behind Halter. The most recent misstep by Lincoln was when her campaign launched a telephone survey asking constituents about her opponent taking money from labor unions. Lincoln herself has raised more than $576,000 from labor unions during the lifetime of her political career. AFSCME launched a television commercial this week saying the incumbent has become part of the problem in Washington, DC. The video shows movers packing up Lincoln’s DC office:
