If resources were not finite and the climate was not an issue. This is more economist, "all growth is good and perfectly feasible" talk. This guy's a joke. 2 billion people means more minds trying to solve problems...or more people competing for food (which is already getting scarce) and destroying the climate by polluting.

The Democrats have gone nuts on trade (implying that they're rabid protectionists)? That statement is so wrong that it's laughable. What world do these "elite" journalists live in? Because it isn't the real one. This moron clearly does not live in the world of $125/barrel oil.
