youtube video's title.

a little Captain Obvious post here; the point's more that it's being said in the media (though not nearly enough)

1. A completely fair summary
There's not really much to add.

3. Maybe an attempt to be fair, but they hav ethe math wrong too
When the joker says Obama won't have his 2026 unless a "slew" of superdelegates comes his way, that is just plain wrong.

He has 1970. Let's say he gets only 40 in the remaining races. That puts him at 2010, only needing 16. 16 is not a "slew" in my book, especially when you consider that half of those have already declared under the Pelosi pledge. Basically he needs only about 5 completely undeclared SDs to lock it up mathematically -- and just a few more to lock it up even including FL and MI under a reasonable allocation of delegates from those states.

5. 40 is definitely a low number.
There are 55 delegates in Puerto Rico, where Clinton's ahead by a healthy margin. Giving him 40% in that primary (a low figure) nets him 22 delegates.

There are 31 total delegates in Montana and South Dakota, where Obama's ahead by healthy margins. Giving him 55% in each of those primaries (and they could break 60%) net him 18 delegates.

That's 40 and that will put him at about 2010- maybe a bit under, maybe a bit over. 20 superdelegates come out for him, it's goodbye Hillary.

Only if the superdelegates completely ignore the primary outcome will Hillary Clinton become the Democratic nominee. I don't see that happening. I don't see how anybody can.

Most of these talking heads, the only thing they've got over us is luck. Anybody can talk politics.
