9. What Exactly IS Hillary?
I cannot exactly say she's a liar...her statements have been so badly cropped and mis-quoted by just about everybody who can be sure?
The race card has been used against her repeatedly all the while her enemies are accusing her of using it! Stunning really. When 90% of blacks vote Obama and Bill Clinton points out that a similar situation occured with Jesse Jackson, not an unreasonable point to make, the media frenzy accusing the Clintons of race baiting is incredible. But when a majority of whites vote Clinton the media imediately call them uneducated racists! Spectacular!
Clinton honestly responds to a question about why she is being pressured to drop out of the race early by citing examples of past primaries that ran long into June, she is accused of channeling an assassination attempt against Barack Obama! ABSURD BEYOND BELIEF! But it sticks because enough monsters are repeating it! And enough media outlets are CROPPING her video comment to fantastic distortion.
Why don't you all check out the July 2007 Chicago Tribune article about Obama's Big Fish backers. Find out who REALLY funded a little guy with no political family, no political name, little money to suddenly defy all odds and win the Democratic nomination on his first try as a junior Senator...even John Kennedy had to take two tries to get the nomination.
Think about the absurdity of that when John McCain takes the oath of office next year...

15. Not sure WHY I'm even trying, but here goes....
1) Bill did not "point out" that Jackson had won SC twice-- he referenced it in a DISMISSIVE way... basically saying "So what?? Any old black man can win South Carolina. Obama's win means nothing."

2) Her use of the '68 and '92 June primaries are SPECIOUS because:
a) the primaries didn;t start until MARCH in 1968, so OF COURSE they were still going in June
b) Bill Clinton "crossed the threshold" in June, but BY HIS OWN ADMISSION IN HIS BIOGRAPHY, had the nomination wrapped up on April 9, 1992. Like McCain, he was the "presumptive nominee" LONG before he got the magic number of delegates!

It's Hillary's faux outrage that is ABSURD BEYOND BELIEF!

23. Delusional thinking from Obama Cultists
"Bill did not "point out" that Jackson had won SC twice-- he referenced it in a DISMISSIVE way... basically saying "So what?? Any old black man can win South Carolina. Obama's win means nothing."

Oh, really. Can you show me that quote or is it that you REALLY want to believe that's what he said? Perhaps because the media TOLD you he was "dismissive". You know, Hearst said "You furnish the pictures, I'll furnish the war" proving beyond a shadow of a doubt how a concerted media campaign could dupe an entire nation into a fraudulent war. Well all these years later we have a much more proficient media propaganda machine. Just check out David Brock's mea culpa. Clinton has been SMEARED incessantly with cropped quotes, distorted spin and truly malevolent behavior by those on the Left and the Right.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AtvM3XX6Q4I

Revel in your Hillary Hatred. You'll be crying when McSame takes the oath next year. You've been duped.

31. If McCain is elected me may be crying but I guess you will be celebrating.
I heard Hillary make statements, when she said them and recognized them as "white speak", I don't need anyone to point it out to me. I heard Bill make his statements and recognize them for what they are, I don't need anyone to point it out to me. I heard Hillary when she made the assassination statement and it was not chopped or clipped. I judge by what I hear, not what someone tells me or shows me. I don't go to websites where they spout stuff that they pull out of their ......well, you know where they pull it.

I don't hate Hillary, that would hurt me more than it would her. Just the way your Obama hate hurts you more than it does him or me. By the way you are being conned and duped.

Edited on Wed May-28-08 03:17 PM by Jack Rabbit
OK, it's about her "gigantic ego," but who says Obama can't attack her?

At this stage, she can say whatever she wants. The pundits will pummel her if she breaks the bounds of propriety, as happened last week. Otherwise, she is irrelevant. She isn't worth attacking any more. It's over and Obama has won.

That's why he's not fighting back. There's nothing any longer to fight. He chooses not to attack.

Bring on McCain.

6. That all assumes
that she doesn't drag this out to August, which should be a horrifying prospect for anyone that wants to see John McCain lose in November.

I'd like very much to think that won't happen, but I can't rule it out at this point.

12. If she drags it out to August, she'll just be annoying until August
She no longer has a case to make.

Obama has stopped talking about her and started talking about McCain. There is no time to waste, and he's not going to waste any.

17. She can still double team him as McCain's Tag Team Partner
Her campaign has toned this done to some extent, but it's clearly far from gone. While she *should* be irrelevant WRT to this race (and while much of the media is finally correctly treating her campaign that way) it doesn't mean she is when it comes to continuing to drive up Obama's negative ratings.

And if she continues to bash Obama, even if only in a reduced, more subtle sense, it keeps more money in McCain's pocket. It also forces to media to continue covering her to some extent, and trust me, they will enjoy making a big story out of the "exciting Democratic Primary going to the convention". McCain will continue to get his free ride and the majority of Americans will get to keep believing he's a moderate maverick when he's anything but.

Look, I really hope I'm wrong about this. But you can't convince me that *if* Hillary forces this to August that it won't have a negative impact on Dem chances in November.

13. And the MILLIONS of Clinton backers mean nothing?
Yes, Hillary's obituary is said and done. And the fact that she won Super Tuesday, she won all the Big States, she won Florida and Michigan and was denied her victories there, she won the important Swing States means nothing. Just a bunch of ignorant white racists who weren't hip to The Program, that's all....
You will be singing a different tune when McCain takes the oath next year.

25. Revel In Your Hillary Hatred
It was manufactured for you a long time ago. Barack Obama is the product of the most Corrupt Political Machine in the country: Chicago Ward Politics. Even John Kennedy took two attempts before he could land the nomination and he had a crap load better family behind him with a crap load better resume!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AtvM3XX6Q4I

Watch this and decide for yourself if maybe, JUST MAYBE, the media have been duping you a bit about the things you think the Clintons say.
And then read up on who Barack Obama's real backers are, Chicago Tribune July 2007 Obama's Big Fish, like the second richest hedge fund manager in the United States, or the CEO for chrissakes of UBS Warburg Bank!!!! Oh, yeah, real liberal progressives in THAT bunch...
Then you might check out this week's New Yorker magazine's article about the current GOP troubles wherein the author quotes Pat Buchanan from the 1970s for cryin out loud talking about the need to RIG DEMOCRATIC TICKETS with a black man to divide the Democratic Party!!

19. Obama will win in a landslide
McCain can tout his experience, just as Mrs. Clinton did, but if it's experience that leads him to want to continue the Iraq War and cut taxes for the wealthy while the middle class vanishes, it's experience that does him no good. That dog won't hunt.

As for Mrs. Clinton, her experience led her to vote for the IWR in 2002 and, rather than admit it was a mistake, repeated the error last fall when she voted for the Kyl-Lieberman resolution. Her experience seems badly misapplied, and that is why she came up second best in the nominating process. That dog didn't hunt.

And I think it's ultimately demeaning to women. It's not very flattering to view people as voting for the President of The United States solely on the issue of gender. But she's using that shield and I think it's smarmy.

Right off the bat I know this fool is propagandizing. He refers to Clinton's remark "about Obama's assassiantion". Wrong. Check out what the editor of the Argus Leader paper AND Robert Kennedy Jr. have said in defense of Clinton. SHE HAS BEEN SMEARED AGAIN WITH CROPPED QUOTES AND DISTORTIONS. She NEVER channeled an assassination attempt against Obama. Watch the You Tube video "Beck Destroys Fascist Animals Olberman and Obama". WATCH IT. When the likes of Glenn Beck and Ben Stein come to the Defense of Hillary Clinton you know something is wrong in Democratic circles.

22. 2 Things
1)-Cenk is incredibly fair. In fact, before Hillary's campaign turned so horribly ugly and destructive, he DEFENDED her strongly against non-substantive attacks in the media. But don't take *my* word for it, see for yourself: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vmM2j8P55SA

2)-When Glenn Beck defends Hillary, it just proves the point that the conservatives want to drag out this primary as long as possible for many self serving reasons. Nothing could be more obvious, and just about any other conclusion is absurd.

PS---Earlier you referenced Hillary winning the popular vote and the big states. First off, set everything else aside and tell me with a straight face that you can justify her getting Michigan when Obama wasn't even on the ballot! That's INSANE. That's like giving the Yankees a win over the Red Sox if the Sox got delayed on a flight and missed the game (I'm a Cubs fan but hey).

As for Hillary winning the popular vote, that argument is nonsense: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pm5ElX9sOp4&eur
