What possible justification was there for energy meetings being secret? What possible justification was there for the SCOTUS ruling that the energy meeting remain secret? Did this have something to do with the huge surge in oil prices we had during the Bush Administration?

by not prosecuting Cheney and Bush for war crimes. And by not prosecuting anyone for torture. President Obama took the moral high ground by saying, "America does not torture." But he's not holding the moral high ground. He's letting it slip away every time he gives criminals a pass.

What has Dick Cheney done that makes him go on TV every week and make proclamations rooted in covering up criminal acts?
Methinks he's providing cover for the Bush cartel, knowing the grim reaper is lurking in the shadows, or he's quietly transferring assets to Dubai where he'll spend the rest of his time beyond the reach of the criminal justice system.
