Summary: Obama cites Churchill as a leader whose country was under attack, but did not torture.

O'Loofah tries to make it seem as if Churchill DID torture, using numerous historical "facts"

Olbermann fact checks each and every one of O'Dildo's assertions, finds Churchill looks better and better, and that Obama's example was historically correct and appropriate.

O'assdidlingphonesex ends up looking like a Nazi apologist, as usual.

1. WOW
Thank God for Keith Olbermann and MSNBC. Its amazing that Fox news can get away with all these lies on daily basis without being sued for misinformation.

3. use of "poison gas"
What Fox also "conveniently" did not mention was that the U.S. also considered the use of chemical weapons, i.e. mustard, for the invasion of Europe. I believe it was positioned in England, in the event the Germans used chemical weapons. It was decided not to use it because of what the Germans may have had, and not to be the first to use. For many decades, the U.S policy on the use of chemical weapons was no first use, retaliate in kind. It is also a fact the a US ship, the John Henry, was carrying mustard munitions when it exploded in Bari, Italy (I believe) in March 1945. The munitions were there in the event the Germans decided to use any of their chemical weapons. An, in Dec. 1943 nearly a dozen Allied ships were sunk in an air attack and one of them carried the gas which leaked out of the ship causing hundreds of allied casualties and some deaths.

16. The US Army did use gas on civilians ..... in 1921....in West Virginia (Blair Mountain)
By August 29, battle was fully joined. Chafin's men, though outnumbered, had the advantage of higher positions and better weaponry. Private planes were hired to drop homemade bombs on the miners. On orders from the famous General Billy Mitchell, Army bombers from Maryland were also used to disperse the miners, a rare example of Air Power being used by the federal government against US citizens. A combination of gas and explosive bombs left over from the fighting in World War I were dropped in several locations near the towns of Jeffery, Sharples and Blair.

you are going to have to say more than that here. What history was twisted would be a good beginning? Or is this just a drive-by?

15. While I am not necessarily a huge fan of Olbermann
When he argues facts, he does it right.

I just wish he wouldn't take part in so much partisan shenanigans. He could stand to be a bit more serious.
