I love how it's Obama's fault the CIA has low moral. He didn't ask them to break the law. They wouldn't NEED anyone to "get their back" if they hadn't been used and misused....and so eager to be the tough guys on the block with Uncle Dick running them from his secret undisclosed Presidential office.

3. And he is fueling the illusion Pelosi and Panetta are at odds! What BS.

Panetta wrote an internal memo to CIA to make the point "don't torture" and it is leaked then misconstrued as an attack on Pelosi.

4. seems a bit obvious what's going on

at 3:18 about an truth commission. Obama has said behind closed doors he doesn't want it to happen..Harry Reid doesn't want it to happen but Madam Speaker Pelosi does..so to put pressure on her the CIA come out and say "their" briefing, which we still haven't seen, says she was informed about waterboarding. There's not going to be any truth commission.

5. Cheney obviously still has guys in the CIA

that isn't going to change in just 100+ days
If I remember correctly Cheney's "DC" house is in Langley and backs up to the CIA headquarters too

Cheney et al still have guys in the press and Tapper has been one of their guys for a long time

"that isn't going to change in just 100+ days" Frustration is growing as Obama changes his mind on important issues. I still believe it was Cheney who had the 92 interrogation tapes destroyed. Funny how "dedicated" we keep hearing that the CIA is yet where are those tapes? Why isn't that getting mentioned as they castigate Pelosi?
