PART II: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=si-Iu0VrXaI

Of all the problems that President Obama inherited from the Bush Administration, the Justice Department has received the least amount of attention. This is an agency that for 8 years was nothing more than a tool for the GOP to root out their opponents and put them behind bars. Weve seen the prosecution of the Republican Partys political enemies; the hiring of employees based solely on their political affiliation; and a flurry of memos that made illegal activities, such as torture, technically legal. Mike Papantonio of Air America's Ring of Fire talks with Scott Horton, a contributing editor for Harpers Magazine, who has some ideas on how we can fix the US Justice Deparment.
