8. Actually it's worked for 28 years and beyond...
Fear is their primary tactic. That is why Nixon was elected twice. That is why Reagan was elected twice. That is why Bush I was elected. That is why a repuklian congress was elected. That is why Bush II was elected twice.

They know only one tactic. It is called "Fear". It works very well.
