I'm a white male, and I'm rabidly against affirmative action. That being said, I don't understand how anyone could object to Sotomayor. Her resume is fantastic. I think it's a brilliant pick by Obama. You get a qualified candidate, add a female to the court, and finally have the first Hispanic on the court. What's the problem? The Republicans who object to this are only making themselves look ridiculous.

did I have self-esteem issues growing up because of this? Does it make it worse that I'm also heterosexual, or does that cancel out some of the liberalness? But, I also support gay marriage... so, is that like a double negative?

Is it his lying? His bullying? His supercilious attitude? His casual use of stalker tactics to obtain freakshow footage for his program? His adamant hypocrisy?

All of these are pretty hateful, but what gets under my skin about this clip is his insistence in telling *me* what I believe. Clearly he neither has a clue what "the left" believes -- nor does he care -- but he's very eager to tell us what a whole segment of the population believes in, regardless of how twisted or preposterous.

I actually think O'Reilly is the most dangerous of the Goebbels-wannabees out there -- much more dangerous than Hannity, Limbaugh, Savage, Ingraham -- because he somehow simulates the cadences of credible speech (and the production values) that one associates with rational journalism. Only trogs can swallow the swill vomited out by Hannity, et al, but O'Reilly is smooth enough to be scary.
