1. I saw that as it happened yesterday

Just extremely poor form as a supposed journalist

the only reason the interview took place was so she could attack them, and no amount of reason was going to interfere. She started in with the namecalling and he turned the tables on her. She didn't like that at all and pretty much ended the interview.

I see nothing but bitterness and shallowness on the right. I feel sorry for them

2. Ya know,

I WANT to feel sorry for them (the right) and, as a Christian, I am commanded to love them.

But, poor sinner that I am, I am filled with a hatred and contempt I've never felt before 2001.

As to the website operator and his girlfriend, I do feel sorry for them for having been ambushed by a true spawn of the devil.

And flipping her off elicited a chuckle and a "Right on!" from me.
