what these people earn. IMO, the problem is with wealth distribution in America and the way that these elites can easily move their production to other countries because of the low wages and therefore, higher company profits. I appreciate these co-Po's, but if we have a totally "service economy" then it is just another name for serfdoms. Americans should be more like other "civilized nations." A more equitable wealth distribution, Universal health care. Jobs that pay a living wage and allow for a solid middle class. After WWII, FDR helped to ensure that while we were helping to rebuild Europe and Japan, they wrote their constitution to accommodate these "rights" for their citizens. FDR, also tried to get a second "bill of rights" passed in America. This bill of rights would have included universal health care and guarantees against corporations destroying the lives of the individuals. Of course, back then we had a tax rate of 90% for the wealthiest people and corporations had to pay their fair share of taxes. We currently live in a country that is so close to the fictional book, 1984, written in the 1930's. We have to change our country or remain 95% proletariat.
