5. K&R. Teabagger has no answer so he tosses in the "gotta cross state lines" idea
and I'm glad Thom let him know the real reason insurance companies are pushing that-- so they can be headquartered in the state that regulates the least-- a.k.a. the state whose legislative representatives most appreciate their campaign contributions.

Like the credit card companies.
