2. I caught most of the rerun on C-Span last night. He is pretty darn great.

Also this one is pretty good too (also covers SCOTUS law clerk diversity, cameras in the court, a few joke here and there, etc.):
Supreme Court Justices Clarence Thomas and Stephen Breyer testified on the proposed fiscal year 2011 budget for the courts system. Justice Breyer said that he thinks the court will one day rule on health care legislation. By law, the Judiciary branch assembles its own budget, which the president reviews then transmits to Congress without changes. The nearly $78 million budget request is a 5 percent increase from FY 2010.

7. thanks for Cspan link -worth watching if folks are considering it- he outsmarts all the dimwits

Coburn gets all huffy and bullyish, and Liu goes back and smacks his petty argument down and makes him look like an idiot (exchange starts around 01:15:00-ish)
