7. I know he is not talking about individuals
but, a credit history check is a violation of our privacy, for pre-employment consideration. Even more so in our current economy. In the present case it gives young people who have not acquired crushing medical and other fee's an unfair advantage. Still, it is an invasion of our privacy.

6. I agree with you
Though I'm OK with having it for positions in which a person can decide who can get credit or not. Wouldn't make since for a mortgage loan officer to deny my a loan if he or she personally has bad credit.
