Russert's gotcha was forced right back in his shilling-face

For those of us who were unable to watch the debate, a little context would be helpful.

Still, whatever the issue, I love how she was quick to point out that she and Bill are not in fact, the same person.

I dont agree with a lot of her policies...and her voting record is awful ....but she does fight back ...and that is what we need the most right now.

just like the rest of the dems when they did NOT follow our wishes to end the war. They don't represent us any more. It's all about the money for them rich bastards.

it's also about them having no spine, no backbone nor principles to fall back on when it comes to being righteous for the sake of being righteous. But other than that, yeah they have their sponsors to consider.

She is a DINO. Not gonna get my vote.

I may not agree 100% with Hillary Clinton, and I do agree with the fact that she has voted different to what I would have wanted her to in some issues, but she WILL win the nomination and Hillary is a better candidate than any of the clowns from the republican party.

I am so sorry that Bush and his cronies came to power, the World is sorry as well so, to me, voting for Hillary is a no brainer. You may disagree with some of the choices she will make as president but I am sure that these will pail in comparison to the choices that Bush's has made.

So...if Hillary wins (which she will) you will vote republican? or are you a republican already blogging in a Democratic blog site?

Most of the democratic candidates that are running are better than the republicans. That is NOT a reason to vote for hillary in the primary. That is a reason to vote Democrat.

And this "Hillary WILL win the nomination" is the lamest cop out. If you agree with her have the temerity to admit it. If you disagree show up at your caucus or primary and make your voice heard.

Uhm basically thats about it.

I big smile came across my face when I saw this happen last night. She is not her husband and is a candidate in her own right, and she is right to differentiate herself from him. Russert kept trying to make her answer for and defend President Clinton's policies, and Senator Clinton really held her ground and didn't give Russert the satisfaction of backing her into a corner. She did well last night, and I loved this snappy comeback!

If you search for debate on youtube this morning you will find nothing. You need to use google video to search youtube in order to find the frickin debate footage. WTF?

THAT'S the takeaway moment of the debate -- especially if you include the psychotic cackle that followed.

going for them except they are slick operators when it comes to elections. So they attack Hillary which makes (some of)us like her more...which is exactly what they want. There is no question they want to run against Hillary in 08 because they think they have the best chance of beating her.

I wish Dems in general would realize that every single thing the repugs say is a lie. If they say they hate Hillary because she is a far-left liberal, they mean they like her because she is a moderate conservative.

As if Hillary doesn't know what public statements Bill has made.

If she is that quick--awesome. If she is THAT prepared--awesome.
