I wish it were more, (it is, these are only the vocal one's), the support of these people is greatly appreciated by the GLBT community as well as so many of us that are not part of the community support Equal Rights for the GLBT community and everyone else as well.

Out here in NE, one church had the boldness to baptize a baby that a lesbian couple wished to have baptized. There was a hew and cry from some marginalized people, but most of us realized this was, quite simply, the right thing to do. Love triumphs over all, it is best to embrace it wherever you can.

3. It IS a lot more, but, just like the civil rights movement,

unfortunately many people are still afraid to speak out. I'm proud to say that my church is open and affirming and I just posted this on our facebook page!

talk about a mousey, voice. Why is so much religious art and music, like, really, really bad?

Churches are just creepy.
