1. The laugh track is extremely annoying.

4. I think it's David Letterman's audience not a laugh track
I could be wrong. But, these are Letterman clips.

5. OK. That explains it.
Maybe, listening to Dubya is headache enough for me. I am so glad he is in hiding now. May he stay there.

3. Thanks for the chuckles. Doesn't matter how many times I watch those clips,
I burst out in laughter.

How did we make it through 8 years of George?

6. Actually I'm not so sure we did make it
Between the insane tax cuts and the idiotic wars, I'd say that bush is responsible for, conservatively, 80% of what's wrong with the US economy today.

7. What you said, exactly! Few Americans really comprehend what
damage Bush folks did to America, and how deep and sad the losses have been in the last 10 years.

I think back to May 2001, and how I went out and bought a new car on a day like this in May back then.

Not a care in the world, I thought America was a wonderful place to live.

A year or two later, I was thinking about moving to Canada. Unfortunately, I was too old to get in without a lot of money to invest in a business, or without a job or spouse from there.

8. True. I thought the same thing right after I hit submit.
We were talking yesterday about how different the US would have been if they had killed bin Laden at Toro Bora, but then we figured the wealthy would have gotten more than they already did from their raping of the economy.
