A Fox Business host made a joke out of enhanced interrogation techniques to make them seem insignificant and mildly annoying at worst. Cenk Uygur breaks it down.

1. The Geneva Convention rules must only apply to the good
people we fight, not the bad ones.

I disagree that torture works, but even if they got to bin Laden due to torturing someone in 2004, 2005 whatever, can that be considered a reliable way to interrogate, being that it still takes years to come to fruition? The biggest RW argument for waterboarding was the football stadium scenario (the terrorist hid a bomb in a stadium full of people, would you waterboard to find it?). If it takes five years to get to the guy, then that's too late.

2. If Bush had caught OBL........
Fox Noise would have had thrown a ticker tape parade, 24/7 coverage
and would have begged congress for a 3rd term.
What I can't figure out is why they want us to remember what an idiot
president we had for 8 years, how embarrassing.

4. The Nazis were at war too.
Yet, as with the Imperial Japanese Army, we didn't excuse their war crimes like we apparently have the Bush Administration. And there is something fundamentally wrong with that. I thought we were all about justice -apparently not.

5. Good points. If Obama just wants to look forward,
why'd he get bin Laden? So, NOW can we tackle the Bush administration? If we don't want to look back, how about we look forward to the next Rethug administration who will reconstitute the torture that is the signature of the right-wing.
