Glad to see Grayson back on the air here and there.

Still so depressed that peculiar "bipartisan" bargaining with the GOP was given so much lead time to push our country further off the cliff after the Bush Crash.

I really hope the plan was to expose the GOP ugliness and get a 70% Democratic vote in 2012. But we could have had a 60% Democratic vote in 2010 had we come in super FDR in 2009, pushing for Medicare for All and millions of infrastructure repair projects nationwide after the GOP had crashed our economy and allowed our infrastructure to decay to finance their privatized extra-expensive unwinnable wars of choice.

I suspect and hope Alan is referring to this Carlin bit that I shop around DU all the time. THEY OWN YOU!

It is the most brilliant 3 minutes on the entire internet for explaining our current corporo-fascism state of affairs here in America.

The 2012 Election Cycle, with the full force of the un american 2010 Citizen's United Decision, will determine if the USA is still dedicated to "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" or "we're all corporate serfs now!"
