2. Absolutely stunning.

It amazes me to see homes untouched, yet a 1/2 mile away there is nothing standing. I can imagine the victims wondering, "why me?". There is no sense to be made from this act of random destruction by Mother Nature.

4. A few years back an F1 touched down about a half mile from my

house and it tore up things at my house too. No leaves on my trees, windows knocked out, roof a total wreck, truck beat to pieces with tennis ball sized hail. My neighborhood was still making repairs 4 months later. On the leeward side of my house the hailstones were blown against my chain link fence in a stack about two feet high. On the windward side there was not a window left unbroken. It did $3,500.00 damage to my truck and topper and about $15,000 damage to my house and property. Across the river where it touched down it tore the place up much worse. I'd hate to be in the same county with an F5 coming through.
